How to Request a Navigation Referral
For a referral to Navigation contact the Idaho Careline by dialing 2-1-1.
The call center is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (except holidays).
Ask for a referral to Navigation Services.
The call center is in Boise and stays open an additional hour to cover North Idaho.
